Would you like to take part in an experiment in 2024?

I want to see how my Blog's name is operating as either an attractant or a repellent to new traffic. Set up as a Personal Development project, perhaps the title is misleading.

I took a look at how this Blog is faring in terms of uptake, especially what peoples' motivations for accessing it are, and here are some interesting (to me, anyway) statistics. It’s Life Jim…  originates in New Zealand, and yet more people in the USA and Canada read it by percentage than do in New Zealand:

The blog is accessed in percentages by the following Operating Systems:

… with Android phones coming out ahead, and when people are at home or using Browsers, Google Chrome is a clear winner:


This Blog is accessed by other referrers – i.e. other sites where I have experienced success when I have publicised or shared it. The top ones are ‘Others’: This probably refers to Instagram, Linkedin and casual searches. I could do an ‘A-B Test’ in 2024. 

For example call a separate Blog: “ConnectedCTA: Lifecoaching for the New Generation” (for example), and compare the uptake. I think my decision to call the Blog ‘It’s Life Jim’ may have pigeon-holed the content into a very restricted interest-group or niche.
