 New Year 2024 is a knockin! Alongside my drive to advise and assist people with their New Year's Resolutions, I thought it would be appropriate to share some links to some great motivational podcasts to assist you to buckle up and take on the New Year.

The one, the only Tony Robbins: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/podcasts/ . Tony has literally been a constant presence in many of our lives. He's one of the original 'rags to riches' guys and has not only set the pace for personal development, he has even to some extent mediated the narrative of the genre that so many subsequent coaches have promoted.

Number Four: I just like the Shtick of this one, it's by Alexis Fernandez-Preiksa and called 'Do You F*cking Mind?'

It's about relationships with one's self and with others.

Fifth but not last is Jay Shetty. https://jayshetty.me/podcast/ Personally I find him irritating - but informative and perhaps I'm irritated because Jay knows how to hold up a mirror... I dunno... However his nterview with Ray Dallio was awesome. Jay Shetty always extracts real value from his guests.
